Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For handmade or made-to-order items (such as crochet pieces), please allow up to 5 business days for the item to be created before it is shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged as a flat rate at checkout. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
